1. Introduction

All digital files (hereinafter referred to as “Products”) are the exclusive intellectual property of Snapnice.
This Standard License (“License”) sets forth the rights, obligations, and restrictions applicable to the purchaser or downloader (“User,” “You”).
By purchasing, downloading, or using any Snapnice Product, You agree to abide by the terms of this License.

2. Scope of License

Snapnice grants You a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Products under the following conditions:

• Personal & Commercial Use: Allowed for personal, client, or commercial projects.

• Applications & Platforms: Websites, mobile applications, software, games, videos, advertisements, social media, and print materials.

• Unlimited Usage: No limitation on number of projects, print copies, website traffic, or app downloads.

• Modification Rights: You may edit, combine, recolor, resize, or reformat the Products.

3. Permitted Uses

• ✅ Use Products in commercial designs for clients or company projects.
• ✅ Use in marketing, advertising, and promotional materials (both print and digital).
• ✅ Integrate into websites, apps, videos, and games with unlimited usage.
• ✅ Store Products for internal company use.
• ✅ Modify, adapt, or customize Products to suit project needs.

4. Prohibited Uses

You are not permitted to do the following without written consent from Snapnice:

• ❌ Resell, gift, distribute, or share the original files.

• ❌ Create derivative products intended to compete directly with Snapnice (e.g., icon packs, asset libraries, plugins, marketplaces).

• ❌ Use Products in AI training datasets, NFTs, blockchain, or metaverse projects without an Extended License.

• ❌ Register trademarks, copyrights, or patents using Snapnice Products or claim exclusive ownership of them.

• ❌ Upload or share Products on public download platforms, torrents, or shared drives.

• ❌ Use Products in illegal, violent, discriminatory, pornographic, or unlawful content.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

• All Products remain the intellectual property of Snapnice.

• Snapnice retains full copyright ownership and only grants You usage rights under this License.

• You must not remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, author credits, or watermarks (if any).

6. Term of License

• This License is valid perpetually for projects created while the License is in effect.

• The License is irrevocable, except in cases of violation by the User.

7. Liability & Disclaimer

• Snapnice shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from the use of Products.

• The User is responsible for ensuring that the use of Products complies with applicable laws and does not infringe upon third-party rights.

8. Extended License

An Extended License or separate agreement with Snapnice is required for the following:

• Integration into SaaS/Marketplace/On-demand platforms.

• NFT, Blockchain, or AI dataset usage.

• Resale of derivative digital products as downloadable assets.

9. Termination

• Snapnice reserves the right to terminate this License if the User violates any terms.

• Upon termination, the User must immediately cease usage and delete all copies of the Products.

10. Governing Law

• This License is governed by international copyright and intellectual property laws.

• In case of disputes, both parties shall first attempt amicable resolution. If unresolved, disputes shall be referred to arbitration or competent legal jurisdiction.
